The way we work
-
Medical Screening & Call
Every journey to retreat begins either with a discovery call or a medical screening form, followed by video call to explore intentions and readiness.
-
Retreat Preparation
In the weeks prior to the retreat, you will be guided through how best to prepare and have the opportunity to meet the other participants online ahead of the retreat.
-
The Retreat
In the container of a small group in one of our beautiful locations in the Netherlands, you will have the opportunity to embark upon a personal journey in the care of our experienced team.
-
Integration
For weeks following the retreat, you will be supported with content to guide your return, and the opportunity to talk in set meetings to the other participants of the retreat.
There are many ways to work with psychedelics. We believe that the ritual of Ceremony is powerful, beautiful, and honours the intimate work which participants choose to undertake. It also follows the traditions and wisdom of existing cultures who have been doing this kind of work for centuries and even millennia. The ceremonial process brings a great deal of respect, reverence even, to journeying with psilocybin truffles. This in turn can help deepen focus, intention, and commitment to the process, supporting a meaningful experience.
Our five-day retreats involve two ceremonies led by our experienced facilitators, with live music from our ceremonial musicians. The ceremonies are the highlights of the retreat, and are supported with time between to integrate the experiences. This includes time for group activities to ground yourself, like yoga and breathwork, as well as activities designed specifically to support reflection and integration. Alongside the group activities, time is available for 1:1’s with facilitators and there is, of course, time for yourself.
Finally, the retreats take place in premium locations specifically selected for this kind of work and are supported by beautiful food from our experienced on-site chef. We believe there is medicine too in being surrounded by beautiful nature and nourished with excellent food.

Safety & Legality
All retreats take place in the Netherlands, where psilocybin truffles are legal. Safety is addressed through careful screening, conservative group sizes, clearly defined facilitator roles, and post-retreat integration support.
We do not provide medical treatment or psychotherapy. Our work is intentionally scoped, transparent, and ethically grounded.
