These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of this website and the provision of services by Ground Health("we", "us", or "our") insofar as services are offered to clients located in the Netherlands. By accessing this website, booking a service, or participating in any programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Scope of Services
We provide non-medical, non-clinical services that may include:
Physical training and movement-based programmes
Breathwork and embodied practices
Coaching, education, and reflective support
Individualised wellbeing programmes
All services are supportive and educational in nature. They do not constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic treatment under Dutch healthcare law.
2. No Medical or Therapeutic Advice
The services and information provided:
Do not replace medical, psychological, or psychiatric care
Are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease or disorders
Should not be relied upon as healthcare advice
You are responsible for consulting a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical or mental health condition.
3. Eligibility and Participation
By booking or participating in our services, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old
You provide accurate and complete information during screening and intake
Participation is voluntary and may be paused or discontinued at any time
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services where participation is not appropriate or where safety, ethical, or legal considerations require it.
4. Screening and Suitability
Participation may be subject to a screening process, which may include intake questionnaires and exploratory conversations.
Screening is used solely to assess suitability and scope. Any decision to decline or modify services is made with care and does not constitute a medical or psychological diagnosis.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Take responsibility for your own wellbeing and decisions
Inform us of relevant changes to your physical or mental health
Follow reasonable safety guidance provided during sessions
Respect boundaries, confidentiality, and the integrity of the work
You acknowledge that individual responses vary and that no specific outcomes can be guaranteed.
6. Boundaries of Practice
We explicitly do not:
Provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or crisis care
Prescribe, supply, or administer medication or controlled substances
Encourage or facilitate the use of prohibited substances
Offer emergency or acute mental health services
If you require urgent or crisis support, you must contact emergency services (112) or an appropriate healthcare provider in the Netherlands.
7. Booking, Payment, and Distance Contracts
Bookings are made online and constitute a distance contract within the meaning of Dutch and EU consumer law.
Pricing, session details, and applicable terms are presented prior to confirmation. Payments are processed securely via third-party providers. We do not store payment card details.
Specific rules regarding cancellation, withdrawal, and refunds are set out in our Cancellation and Withdrawal Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
8. Right of Withdrawal
Under Dutch and EU consumer law, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts.
This right may not apply, or may be lost, where:
Services are scheduled for a specific date or period, or
Performance of the service begins with your explicit consent before the end of the withdrawal period
Details and any applicable exceptions are explained in our Cancellation and Withdrawal Policy. By booking, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.

To the extent permitted by Dutch law:
Participation in our services is at your own risk
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from participation
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights.
