Psilocybin Retreats Netherlands

A guided journey into what matters most

Our Approach

Ground Health is a small team of therapists, ceremonialists, and guides who believe that meaningful change rarely happens in a single moment — but that some moments can catalyse everything.

We offer a complete programme: structured preparation in the weeks before you arrive, two psilocybin ceremonies held within a small, carefully supported group, and dedicated integration in the weeks that follow. Each phase is purposeful. Each phase is held.

Our retreats take place in the Netherlands, where psilocybin truffles are legal. They are premium in every sense — in the quality of our team, our locations, our food, our music, and above all, in the depth of care we bring to every person who joins us.

Who comes to Ground Health Retreats?

  • View through a stone archway showing a wooden pathway and a garden with lush green foliage.

    Those seeking something deeper

You may have tried therapy, coaching, or other approaches and found them useful but incomplete. You sense there is something more to understand about yourself — a pattern to break, a question to sit with, a life to reclaim. You are new to psychedelic work, and you want to do this properly.

  • A sailboat floating on calm water under a starry night sky with the Milky Way and clouds in the distance.

    Those who know the territory

You have worked with plant medicine before and understand its power. What you are looking for now is a container with real depth: clinical rigour alongside ceremonial integrity, and a team who can hold the complexity of what comes up. You want to go further.

  • A bird flying over snow-capped mountains at sunset with a colorful sky and clouds.

    Those navigating a turning point

A relationship, a career, an identity — something is shifting, or needs to. You are not in crisis, but you are at a threshold. You want perspective, clarity, and the courage to step into what comes next. You are ready to look honestly at what is holding you back.

The journey — from first contact to lasting change

  • A conversation to begin

Every journey begins with a confidential discovery call — a calm, unhurried conversation to explore whether this programme is right for you. There is no pressure, no assessment, and no obligation to proceed.

  • Weeks of preparation

In the weeks before the retreat, you will be supported in clarifying your intentions, understanding the process, and arriving ready. You will meet your fellow participants online before the retreat begins, and receive guidance from your facilitators.

  • Five days at the centre

In a beautiful, private location in the Netherlands, you will take part in two psilocybin ceremonies held within a small group of 8–12. Led by our experienced team, with live ceremonial music, yoga, breathwork, and time for reflection. This is the heart of the programme — but not the whole of it.

  • Weeks of integration

After the retreat, the real work of embedding change begins. You will be supported through a structured integration programme — group calls, guided reflection, and resources designed to help you translate insight into lasting transformation in daily life.

There are many ways to work with psychedelics. We believe that the ritual of Ceremony is powerful, beautiful, and honours the intimate work which participants choose to undertake. It is not a clinical procedure or a wellness session. It is a ritual — one that draws on traditions spanning millennia across cultures who have understood the relationship between altered states, the sacred, and genuine human transformation.

Ceremony brings reverence to the experience. It holds intention. It creates a container in which the ordinary barriers of self-protection can soften, and something more honest can emerge.

Our five-day retreats include two ceremonies, each led by Grzegorz and supported by Marija and their live ceremonial music. Between ceremonies, integration days allow you to process, rest, move, and begin to make sense of what has arisen. Breathwork, yoga, and somatic practices support the body as well as the mind. One-to-one time with facilitators is available throughout.

The retreat is held in a premium venue selected for its beauty, privacy, and capacity to hold this kind of work. Exceptional food, gardens, and space to be alone are part of the medicine too.

To be clear, the ceremony, powerful as it is, is not where transformation is completed. It is where it begins. What you bring to the ceremony — your intentions, your readiness, your honesty — and what you do with the experience in the weeks that follow, is where the deepest change takes root.

The ceremonies — at the heart of the journey

Why people come

People come to Ground Health for many different reasons. What they share is a sense that something in their life — a pattern, a feeling, a way of being — is no longer serving them, and that they are ready to look at it honestly.

Some are high-functioning and quietly exhausted — carrying more than they show, and unsure how to put it down.

Some are navigating a transition — in work, in relationship, in identity — and need clarity and courage for what comes next.

Some have struggled with depression, anxiety, or patterns of numbing, and want to explore a different kind of healing.

Some feel a persistent disconnection — from themselves, from meaning, from the life they thought they were building.

Some are simply ready to go deeper than talk therapy or self-help has taken them.

Whatever brings you here, you do not need to arrive with a diagnosis. You need only arrive with a genuine question and a willingness to sit with what comes.

Safety & Legality

All Ground Health retreats take place in the Netherlands, where psilocybin truffles are fully legal. We operate within clearly defined legal, ethical, and clinical frameworks — not because we have to, but because we believe responsible practice is the foundation of meaningful work.

Every participant begins with a thorough screening process. Group sizes are kept small. Facilitator roles are clearly defined. A clinical psychologist is part of the team throughout the retreat. Integration support continues for weeks after you return home.

We do not provide medical treatment or psychotherapy. What we do provide is a carefully held, ethically grounded, professionally supported programme — one in which your safety, autonomy, and wellbeing are our first concern at every stage.

Ready to find out if this is for you?

Begin with a confidential conversation.

The first step is a free, private discovery call with a member of our team. It is not an interview or an application. It is a conversation — an opportunity for you to ask questions, explore your intentions, and decide together whether a Ground Health programme is the right fit for you right now.

There is no obligation to proceed. There is no pressure. There is simply a thoughtful conversation waiting for you.
