Join a Ground Health programme
Each retreat is the centrepiece of a ten-week programme, with structured preparation beforehand and supported integration afterwards.
Places are limited to 8–12 participants per retreat.
The Ground Health programme is priced at €4,500 per person, including VAT. This covers the full arc: preparation calls and materials, the five-day retreat with all meals and accommodation, and three post-retreat integration calls.
We hold small groups, employ a multidisciplinary team of four, and select venues that genuinely support this kind of work. The price reflects what it actually takes to do this responsibly and well.
A deposit is required only after you have been accepted following your screening call. We are happy to discuss timing and payment at that stage.

Ground Health retreats are intentionally small, carefully facilitated, and supported through preparation and integration. The investment reflects the time, staffing, and care required to hold this work responsibly.

We understand that circumstances can change. Deposit and balance policies are explained clearly at the point of invitation and outlined in our terms.
If you have questions about timing or flexibility, these can be discussed during your screening call.

Travel to and from the retreat location is not included. Optional additional 1-1 coaching or integration sessions are available upon request at a supplementary cost.
